Fruit Ripening Delay "X-Bar"



In fact, X-Bar is an ethylene absorber.

Where the fruits that are included in the climacteric

fruit (banana, durian, salak, mangosteen, mango, dragon fruit, etc.),

will produce large amounts of ethylene in the ripening process.


With the application of X-Bar on the harvested fruit (70%),

meaning that it is ripe and still unripe, then,

when the fruit produces ethylene for ripening,

it will be absorbed and neutralized by the X-Bar.


Thus, due to the absence of ethylene gas,

the ripening of the fruit will be disrupted /

delayed the natural ripening process


How to use:

2kg of fruit put 1 sachet. x bars in tight plastic wrap so no air can enter.
